We have a first hour charge for all visits and then charge in 15 minute increments after that.
Our hourly rates cover most minor jobs from 1 to 4 hours. If the works are likely to exceed this then we will carry out a free, no obligation visit and provide a written or verbal fixed price quotation.
When you book a call with us, you are committing to pay for 1 hour.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN FULL TO OUR ENGINEER AT THE END OF EACH VISIT.

Businesses and landlords can set up a credit account by completing an application.
If we are sending an engineer to you, we are able to offer a morning or an afternoon time slot:
Morning – 8.00am to 1.00pm
Afternoon – 12.00pm to 5.00pm
The only exact time we can guarantee is the first appointment of the day which is at 8.00am.
Quotations for major or substantial installation works are free of charge.* Our estimator will visit you at an agreed time and return a fixed price quotation within 48 hours. We are able to offer an exact appointment time for quotations.
*Please note that visits by engineers are for diagnostic purposes and are charged at our standard hourly rate as detailed above.

You will receive a qualified and experienced engineer who is employed directly with us and will arrive in a fully stocked van with tools and equipment. Your problem will be resolved quickly and efficiently.
You can book a company with lower hourly rate, but you may end up with someone who will charge you for the first hour and quote you a much greater figure to fix your problem. He may arrive in a car with no tools and equipment – have you seen Rogue Traders?
