We are a family run plumbing and heating company located in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.

  • All our Gas, Oil and Electrical Engineers are employed directly by us, WE DON’T USE SUB-CONTRACTORS. They will arrive in uniform at your property in a sign written vehicle.
  • Our office is open to visitors and we are always happy to discuss your requirements.  We are Trading Standards Approved and a member of the “Which” Trusted Trader scheme.

Our Engineer will arrive at your property in a sign written vehicle, uniform and treat your home with the utmost care.

All our plumbing and heating engineers are either Gas Safe (formerly CORGI) or OFTEC registered and carry an identity card for your added security.

Our systems are able to keep the details of work carried out and equipment fitted. This enables our plumbers to bring the correct parts when needed. We can write to you annually when your landlord’s certificate of boiler service is due for renewal.

Peace of mind

We are members of the Buy With Confidence scheme which means that we are Trading Standards Approved. This scheme ensures that:

  • All engineers are Criminal Record’s checked
  • A customer complaints procedure is in place
  • References are obtained from existing customers
  • The integrity of company, its procedures and insurance are checked
