I had used CPH previously as they were one of the only companies which supported my Boilermate 2000. So when I discovered on my return to the house after being away the Boilermate had let go in a big way. I contacted CPH and an engineer was there the day after to isolate the Boliermate and review what was needed to replace it. The quote was generated very quickly and explained in great detail. The following week there was attendance on site to remove the old system to then be replaced with the new one. There were two plumbers for two days and an electrician for half a day. The standard of workmanship is to the highest standard with a very neat job carried out. A comment made by the engineer who carried out the work was, “I am only happy with the installation if I would have it in my house”. What a great approach to your work. In short, a very impressive service from first contact to completion of work. Well done all at CPH as this is a team effort
